Relationship counselling is open to all. It doesn't matter what stage your relationship is at, our confidential service can help you deal with your relationship difficulties whether you are married, living together, in a same-sex relationship, separated or divorced.
Sometimes people find that their partner will not attend couple counselling and in such cases you may come on your own for individual counselling. Many people do attend alone and still see positive benefits in their relationship.
If two people decide to separate or divorce, then emotional support can be given through what is inevitably a painful process.
