Probiotics

There is a direct connection between gut health and mood, so a good probiotic may play a role in supporting mental health by improving the gut microbiome. Over 90% of the body's Serotonin is made in the gut.

Rhodiola Rosea

Rhodiola is another adaptogenic herb that some studies suggest may help reduce symptoms of stress and mild anxiety.

Vitamin D3 and K2

Vitamin D3 and K2 together have been shown to increase and aid the release of Serotonin, which is associated with feelings of well-being and happiness. It has anti-inflammatory properties. It positively impacts the levels of BDNF (Brain Derived Neurotropic Factor), a protein that supports the growth and maintenance of neurons in the brain, low levels have been associated with depression. Can alleviate symptoms of SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder). It can contribute to the regulation of the HPA axis (the Hypothalmic Pituitary Adrenal axis) which is involved in the body's response to stress therefore having a positive impact on mood and depression.

Magnesium Glycinate

Glycine, the amino acid bound to magnesium, has calming properties that can help reduce anxiety and stress levels. This combination may support relaxation and improve overall mood.
Magnesium is involved in regulating neurotransmitters and promoting GABA production, which can help improve sleep quality. Magnesium glycinate's calming effects may be particularly helpful for individuals with insomnia or difficulty falling asleep.
